bk Terms and Conditions

bk (referred to here as the "Platform", "we" or "bk") is an online gaming and sports betting service. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all registered users ("User" or "you") of bk.

In these Terms, "Services" refers to bk's website, mobile application, casino games, sports betting, live casino and all other services. "Account" refers to a user's own registered profile through which they access the platform's services.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. bk reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following cases: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or deceptive activity, threats to platform security, and other legal reasons.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for deposits at bk. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Once a deposit is successfully processed it will be added to your account balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Transaction Terms

All financial transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are not permitted. bk may take additional verification steps for suspicious financial activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bk offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning for the example above, ৳20,000 must be wagered on the ৳2,000 bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the offer description.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Having more than one bonus active at the same time is not permitted unless specifically stated otherwise.
• bk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

bk's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier comes with weekly cashback: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver and up to 1.0% for Gold. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses — for example, a Silver member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Users must follow these Terms when taking part in all bk games such as slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. If a bet or transaction is affected by a technical error or disconnection during a game, bk will make the final decision based on recorded server data.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bot or automated method to operate games.
• Colluding with other players or staff to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

Game results recorded on bk's servers are considered final. In the event of a technical dispute, the assessment of bk's technical team will be accepted.

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

When placing sports bets at bk, the odds displayed may change at the time of final bet confirmation. In the event of an event being cancelled or postponed, bk will make a decision in accordance with standard betting rules. Bets on cancelled events are generally refunded.

7.2 Multi-Bet Terms

7.3 Live Betting

Odds can change quickly when taking part in live betting during a match. bk is not responsible for losses caused by delays or connection issues in live betting.

bk firmly believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment and should never cause financial or emotional harm. For this reason, bk's responsible gaming guidelines include a number of protective measures for users.

• Setting deposit limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits can be set to manage your own budget.
• Self-exclusion: If someone feels their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can exclude themselves for a set period.
• Reality check: Automatic reminders can be set to show how long you have been playing in a single session.
• All services are completely prohibited for those under 21 years of age.
